Large scale household waste incineratorSome routine checks before use:
One. Firstly, remove the residual ash from the furnace and inspect the surface of the refractory bricks inside. The furnace of the incinerator is located at the bottom of the incinerator, and air is supplied to the furnace through the bottom of the furnace. The dust on the stove was filled and the ashes were stuffed into the air vents.
Two. Apart from cleaning the oil pipe, there are two pneumatic valves between the outlet of the metering pump and the nozzle. The pneumatic valves are controlled by air to open, and the sealing material of the valve core is rubber. At high oil temperatures, the rubber is easily deformed and its viscosity increases. The oil cooled by GE causes the opening of the valve core to be very small, or even completely unopened, so dirty oil in the waste oil can easily form blockages here. Two pneumatic valves should be removed before incineration, which is also applicable to dirty oil nozzles. This is impossible. After being clogged with dirt and garbage, it should be injected appropriately and removed before combustion.
Three. Stop heating the dirty oil and steam before combustion, then cool to 80 ℃, and start the full cycle of the waste oil pump. The high temperature of the dirty oil is not conducive to the operation of auxiliary equipment such as the sewage pump, metering pump, and pneumatic valve.
